VIRTUAL CHECK IN

Upon arrival please wait in your car and wait for your stylist to call/message you. We no longer have a waiting area so please come alone to your appointment: No children, friends or pets.

Children

Children are only permitted in the salon when they are receiving an appointment. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, we are unable to have children attend your appointment in the salon during an appointment. We do not want to compromise you and our other guests’ experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. We no longer have a waiting area or extra chairs and we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. You deserve our full attention and focus, as well as allow our other guests to relax and enjoy their visit. Thank you for understanding and supporting our policies.

Cancellation

We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancelation fee.
